Shipping

All of our items are shipped by Australia Post, Fastway couriers, Startrack or TNT couriers. All items are shipped on the same day or the next day after the payment is fully received.

Most parcels come with tracking number and signature is required. Please send us ebay message before purchase if you want to authorize to leave the parcel at a secure place.

Pickup is welcome, please contact us to arrange time for pickup. We accept cash/credit card on pickup.

We provide 30-day money back for any faulty items(except software) and the item must be in original condition with complete package. Buyers pay for return postage.

Return policy: Please note that we don’t accept change-of-mind(or purchase-by-mistake) returns if the phone/tablet package is opened. 

For change-of-mind returns (or purchase by mistake), we can do partial refund(15% of sold price plus the postage we paid are deducted from refund) if the item is returned in 30 days and in original sealed condition with complete package. Buyers pay for return postage.
